Weapons

The first step to becoming a successful adventurer is to obtain a weapon. No one wants to face a rock monster bare-handed! Head to the weapons store and purchase a Plastic Sword for 50 Gold. This will serve as your trusty companion in your battles against fierce foes. Once you've got your weapon, it's time to head over to the map and select "Wanders". It's possible that you may only be able to enter the sand beach, but there's always a chance we could be mistaken.

Buying Items

As you journey through the game, you'll accumulate Gold, which can be used to purchase most items. Shops are scattered throughout the world, and some may contain rare items or easter eggs. The more powerful an item is, the higher its price will be, so we recommend saving up for higher-level gear.

Equiping Items

Equipping items is a breeze. Simply access your inventory, open your backpack, inspect your weapons (or armor), select the desired weapon/armor, and click "equip". Getting new items will increase your damage output and even grant you special abilities. As you level up and encounter tougher enemies, you'll need better weapons and armor to survive.

Crafting

Crafting is an essential aspect of any RPG, and it's no different in StormTides Byte. You can craft artifacts, weapons, armor, potions, and more. Interestingly, the amount of XP you earn is based on the amount of damage you deal, so dealing more damage to enemies can help you level up faster.
